Top assistant coach

I’ll throw Al Golden DC into the mix.

Alex Grinch DC at USC. He built the steamroller D at OU and frequently led or at least was in the top 5 of most defensive categories on a regular basis. Great recruiter too often bringing in 5* talent so the Oklahoma defense could just keep reloading.

Prolly Jeff Thorne.

And it’s prolly not close.

Since nobody is capable of nominating anyone that doesn’t or didn’t coach the team they root for. I’ll go with a guy that hasn’t yet.

Leonhard could be coaching Minnesota and with his accomplishments, I would still go with him.

Dell McGee at UGA is up there too. Running backs coach and one of the best recruiters in the game. I’m thinking he gets an OC job at a P5 school after this season

You missed the sarcasm. Alex Grinch can't coach a dog to scratch. He and his dumbass "Speed D" will get run off at USC when the're looking for an excuse for not winning the Pac-12 like clockwork.

I believe he would rather be head coach at Wisconsin.

The WR coach at Wake is pretty solid

Is Duane Akina still at Stanford?

Elijah Robinson at A&M.

Is this even a question?

Can he develop them?
A&M's defensive line coach? Yeah I'd say he is ok. Hasn't been here long but Leal seems to be NFL bound.
