Movie Top Gun 2: Maverick (2022)

Typical Woke ass Hollywood bullshit. Of course they had to add a woman to the fighter squad. Ruined the whole movie. How are we suppose to have homoerotic beach sports with a vagina walking around out there with them?

Favorite movie of the year so far.
 
Just got back from seeing in Imax. I liked how the first hour and idk 20 minutes or so were very much an 80 movies feel to it with the music and theme music that would drop at certain times. Then the last 40 or so minutes was the most impressive aireal action in any movie I think I've ever seen. Just on another level.
 
So Rooster is Goose's son. He was about 4-5 in Top Gun, this takes place 36 years later, making him 40-41 ish. Even if he looks young for his age, a 40 year old O-3?

Well it was a big plot point that Maverick really stunted and delayed Rooster's career in the navy.
 
ill watch the bootleg version this weekend and see if i want to see it in theaters.

Definitely better than the first. But the first was just dogfight porn. The story was clunky (as were many movies in the 80s), but it was revolutionary for the time. This one is not nearly as ground breaking, but just as a movie, it was more complete
