The QB play was at first, but then the play calling sticking with the pass for so long when the run was shredding them quickly overtook it
 
It was a great performance by OSU in the 2nd half. Totally shut out Northwestern. The loss of Chris Olave was definitely felt by OSU in the first half. Julius Fleming has a way to go. Definitely a lack of depth at WR after it seemed like we would have a log jam at the beginning of the season. What happened to the TE. We never threw his way once. Justin Fields was off even before he hurt his hand.

Trey Sermon was unbelievable. Northwestern knew he was coming and just couldn't stop him. A great running performance by a quality team. The DB's played good for a change. The linebackers were monsters, especially Justin Hilliard. Jonathan Cooper and Haskell Garret, great games as usual. Zach Harrison must have paid somebody off to be a 5 star coming out of HS.

Overall, I'll take it, and on to the playoffs.

Zach Harrison I'll be fine. As far as the TE, it's disappointing not to see much action out of them, but they are excellent pass blockers for sure.

Seriously though, happy for him. We loved him at OU and he had much talent. Was just injury prone so got bumped.

I heard he was going to be the next Chase Young. But he's not even Jonathan Cooper. Yes, the tight ends to indeed to a good job blocking. That may have been the plan.

He was very raw coming out of high school but his athleticism is off the charts. He had some attitude issues this year that needed to be adjusted. If he gets his head on right, he will be a top 5 draft pick.

Everyone just calm down. Last night, I realized what happened. Ryan Day, in his brilliance, designed a game plan that will have the teams in the playoffs now selling out to stop the run in order to open up the passing game even more. Justin Fields was in on it.

Dude was an absolute monster last night. O line played really well but he was breaking tackles left and right as well and his cuts were beautiful. Completely different player the last two games than what we have seen the rest of the season.

Hes just always needed a chance to get healthy. He transferred from OU before he knew that Kennedy Brooks was opting out who was the starter and he knew Stevenson was going to get his share. Not sure he would have left if he knew those 2 guys in front of him were not going to be here for half the season. But worked out well for everyone!

That game probably put him on the draft radar. I'm not sure he would have gotten picked up before that. (Most like an UFA or 6/7 round). If he balls out like that in the semi, and with a whole lot of luck, the championship, he could move himself up as high as a 2/3 rounder IMO. Huge difference
