Pretty sure his GF plays basketball there.

Check that this is their final season.I think the twins have graduated.
He could have waited a year and brought BV back..Dabo just hired the DC from psu...
Beck got the bag and a famous gf. Hard to see him putting in the work to be great when he's living "good" already. As an outsider of UGA, I'd be happy seeing him leave.Wish him the best. He won't even be throwing until May or June. Going to have to hope the arm is good to go 90 days later. We'll see.
I'd love to have 2023 Beck back. I had enough of 2024 Beck. We weren't ponying up $4 million.
FWIW, he was making about $4 million at UGA, per insiders. $1.5 million of pay for play NIL, and he generated $2.5 million of real NIL. Had a deal with a Jet company, car dealership, Beats, and others.
Big problem with Leonard was he was out of commission until the summer. It obviously showed up early his season and he still isn’t able to pass in our offense. Not being available in spring is a big deal.Wish him the best. He won't even be throwing until May or June.
Is he any good?Dabo just hired the DC from psu...
Is there any word on if he's even going to play in 2025? I heard the elbow issue/procedure needed is basically Tommy John, which is definitely more than a 7-10 month recovery time.Wish him the best. PSU was top 10 in most defensive metrics this season, including their postseason games. Is he any good?
yeah but they usually keep having good defenses regardless of the DC.. they had Manny Diaz and Pry before they left for HC gigsPSU was top 10 in most defensive metrics this season, including their postseason games.
Yep, Franklin has usually done a good job of staffing/recruiting the defensive side. Offense? Bit of a different story.yeah but they usually keep having good defenses regardless of the DC.. they had Manny Diaz and Pry before they left for HC gigs
He had the same surgery as Brock Purdy. Same injury. Purdy was injured in the 2022-23 playoffs, but was the starting QB in 2023. So he recovered in time. But, he knew the offense already. Beck will have little time to mesh with his team and learn a new O.Is there any word on if he's even going to play in 2025? bro, he's going to the NFL... he's not coming back another year![]()
Texas QB Quinn Ewers faces NFL draft dilemma. He can make more money in college football in 2025
In deciding future, Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers can make more money in college football in 2025 than he can from a mid-round NFL rookie contract.www.usatoday.com
College football players not in the national championship game have until Wednesday to declare for the NFL draft. That means Ewers and his representation have less than 48 hours to find the best deal for an All-American quarterback.
It won't be that difficult.
Ewers’ time at Texas is done, the Longhorns almost certainly moving on to heralded backup Arch Manning in 2025. But that doesn't mean Ewers' options are limited because his draft stock has fallen since the beginning of the season.

I think the same thing about Beck. Weak QB class this year probably means they go higher than they should. Come back next year and regress more and with a probable better crop of QB’s could push em to late round or UDFA status. This years QB class is pretty damn weak, he will likely go higher than he probably should this year. Coming back for another year is just asking for disaster.

Might make more next year than they would as NFL rookies, but still think going to the draft is a better long term play. I know Beck graduated, not sure about Ewers
