What options do you see?

Ha that question is going to be such a loaded question with how many guys are still going to enter.

If Iowa only loses Garza, Weiskamp and Bohannon. I think the only immediate transfer needs would be a true big and a wing.

Wabab at Gtown will have loads of suitors but hes already out there. Iowa could be a team to take a look at the EWU kid, but hes probably more likely to overlap with Murray position wise.

Not sure but we've got a lot of flexibility . If we lose Weoskamp I think we will get a big and a wing in the portal but we could get as many as 4 guys if we want. Fran already saud he'd have no problem taking Patrick and Connor off scholarship of it meant signing help. Theres going to be a lot of good players in the portal thus year .

I'm really intrigued by the big out of UMASS who's name escapes me right now but he can really score it

What the hell is going on in the B10? Like half the league is transferring.
3 coaching chances, crazy covid, people smartly want out of wisconsin

( I know this was rhetorical)

Didn't see a lot of UMASS games haha. Think hes a guy would translate jumping up a level??

Usually isnt too concerning for guys with size that can score the ball.

He looks like it . It's so tough to tell lol. But A10 is good basketball and with how many people are graduating and transferring the B10 could be a real question mark next year anyway

Yeah next year is going to be wild in most leagues. Its going to be all about who can balance out the portal the best. Getting better than what you lose.

This is just me guessing: Gonzaga’s Arlauskaus and Zahkarov enter the portal after the season.

I think the Gophers recruited him out of high school. Unless I'm confusing guys. But he was a 4 star out of high school. I think he would be a better version of what Brandon Johnson was for the Gophers this year. Put him on Iowa in that system, my guess is he's averaging like 13 and 6. Should be a productive player whenever he lands.

From a couple days ago

Jordan Goldwire from Duke using 5th year and going to the portal.

Since when does a guy spend 4 years at Duke and then transfer... :headscratch:

He's a pretty big get.

He's a fifth year senior right now. Just think, he could have gotten his Masters by the end of next year.

He was exactly who we thought he was coming in: an undersized guard who couldn't really shoot or play-make at a high level. But he worked his ass off and got a little better every year until he was a legitimately useful player as an upperclassman, and led the ACC in steals. Really great development arc during a stretch where we haven't had many at Duke.

Can anyone tell me when is this free agency‘s deadline?
