As for someone changing their mind at the very last minute, Nitschke said: "Once you press that button, there's no way of going back."

And people who bike on multi-use paths beside streets?

Ordinance in my area says children under 12 can bike on the sidewalks. All others must bike in the roadways. The exception is for the few multi-use trails and paths.

That's fine. Same if there's signs that indicate you have to bike on the sidewalk/can't be on the street.
 
A evening rain shower cooled the air, and I was enjoying sitting on my screened porch. The cicadas sang their last song and left the night to the katydids and tree frogs. I’ve come inside to refresh my beverage. Maybe I’ll watch some curling on the DVR. 🥃
