I think he's a Millennial.
My youngest nephew is Gen Z.
If he's any indication (and I'm not sure whether he is, or not), they're pretty awesome.
He works his ass off - full time - has since he was 18, even though he really didn't have to. He was raised in a pretty cush manner, yet values hard work and perseverance. He does not expect anything to be handed to him.
He's educated, articulate, thoughtful, down to earth, and just overall a cool kid.
