I hated this time of year. December 31 was an intractable deadline for stuff we were creating, and a lot of times, critical talent I needed in place just took off on prescheduled vacations to avoid the year end scramble to complete shit. It's raining harder than that, and I'm not currently out there dancin' in it, but I was a bit earlier (although sans umbrella).
