I’ve been able to do it for almost 10 years but it’s finally starting to wear me down. Major win though because almost none of any kind of relationships ever last more than 2 years for me.

Not moving to anywhere south or near tornado alley. I'm thinking higher elevation in Colorado or moderate high desert Northern Arizona. State income taxes are a trade off, but land is cheaper and its less crowded.
