Ours is kind of a fun thing...originally, it was just my own family. But neighbors found out we went and now it's a neighborhood affair. Four families that meet up every Tuesday, pick a different Mexican restaurant, share DD duties, and rotate paying the check. Lots of laughs.Nothing cancels my Taco Tuesday (it has been moved to Monday or Wednesday but only a handful of times). It's the best in Canada
I probably would have delayed a bit longer but one of my tires sprung a slow leak this week, so I'm filling it every few days. They're basically right above the minimum safe tread length but I knew that going in for the leak meant I was going to have to buy them anyway...so here we are. But I saved myself some rigamarole with the salesman because I just went online, looked what I got last time and bought a new set to be installed Saturday. The worst part is that I looked what I bought them for in 2022 and it was fucking $40/tire cheaper. A 30% increase in 3 years is crazy.
We frequently make tacos, don't usually restrict it to a day of the week. My daughter did request tacos for dinner tonight, though.
Wish we would do something similar every so often with certain family members & friends. Like once a month or so. Just catch up & slow down the busy just a bit.
