Tuesday National Fried Chicken Day

if this is the case...I am NOT tipping. That is their tip since they already took the liberty of adding it to my bill. A tip is an extra form of compensation in exchange for good service. It sounds like they receive this regardless of the quality of service. I am not playing that game
It seriously appears that tipping is becoming the standard on everything now. So many places that aren't even staffed by wait staffs are charging tips too. I'm not even talking like ice cream places who actually like "make" you things while being a cashier as well. So...who am I tipping? The cooks? Am I tipping the cashier?

Soon we're gonna be tipping at Dicks Sporting Goods when buying a pair of socks.

Get a speeding ticket and you tip the officer?

A tip is a voluntary addition. You are adding a little extra as a professional courtesy however I decide when I tip and how much. Someone making the decision for me? I won't be using that business

Yea, the logic behind it is why I chose to avoid all the places with that stupid fee (it seemed common in St. Paul and Minneapolis, but not any of the other suburbs).

"We've gotten complaints from staff that we aren't paying enough. So we're taking advantage of this statute that let's us charge you even more money for your food and MAYBE give the staff a better wage. Maybe not though, so you should tip too."

Lmao Lol GIF
Easy fix...pay them more. As in YOU the owner

I also am seeing the scam of places turning the screen to you after you insert your card that asks for a tip. If I am picking up my food you are not getting a tip.

* I am not describing this very well, but hopefully someone gets what I am saying. It just feels like they automatically assume you are going to tip
If I'm picking up food, I'll usually tip a buck or two

I just discovered this weekend that Joe Rogan is still free on Spotify. I thought the whole point was that his podcast was paywalled. Why the fuck would Spotify pay 100 million dollars to give his content out for free...

My buddy does that. Then he hits 4 good shots and calls it a "par".

I played 18 yesterday with NYC girl.

She is getting pretty good and I kept her (somewhat) honest on her scorecard.
The crazy one that wanted relationship?

she tried to shave strokes off here and there and miss some strokes on her count...but she did a better job this time when I did my own count and said "no that was a 6, not a 5"
