morning all, lawn bowling team crushed it last night

We were up YUUGE but lost focus and the other team got dialed in, they closed the gap but by last 2 ends was impossible for them to win, we ended up winning 14-10. Need to keep pedal on the gas next week

Until it goes on its own all they can do it mask it w various types of cortisone shots. Sometimes I feel the onset pain in my left arm that I got years ago before my right went. Asked if I can just get the surgery now and was told there is nothing to do until it snaps. So I’ve got that to look forward to (again) one day.

Yeah well my doctor for years said I was completely fine and nothing was wrong with me... Finally said F it and went to a specialist who said I had a partially torn meniscus but just do PT and see him again if it doesn't help. Not spending the money to see him again just so he can say, go back to PT. I'm just waiting till it completely goes out on me and go from there
