Need to pick some peppers out of the garden, gonna make chicken fajitas for dinner tonight.

Seriously, though, cook them in a muffin pan. Trick I learned from my grandma, although I haven't done it in years. I enjoy the challenge of peeling hard boiled eggs.
 
Ninja does make an indoor grill!

Already been quite a day. Tired because I was up late working and up early working because all 3 kids are here today and tomorrow. All 5 of us here trying to work and get school done with the toddler running around. Going to be interesting.

The Dane is so excited to be home she's swatted an open wound on her tail from her tail hitting the walls and furniture. Trails of blood along the walls wherever she goes. Looked like a goddamn murder scene last night in our hallway.
