Tuesdays thread. It's here.

Salmon must be served medium well or more according to gresh. I forget some of the other nonsense he talked about

Medium well? Fuck that shit.

When Slink Jr was six or seven, we were out to dinner and he ordered salmon. The waiter was shocked when he asked how the salmon was and Junior said, "it's overcooked."

I chuckled a little bit. He wasn't wrong and he's used to my salmon, which I serve med-rare.

Reactions: Me
SA's trying to think of a business she could start, so she can smuggle over relatives
My aunt from FL is trying to think of a job to do. She's just living off her & the kids' survivor benefits. I just want to start "farming" or "homesteading" in a sense. Just raise the meat and vegetables and learn to do some slaughtering/butchering. Have enough family members to grow food to supply. Make it like a CSA and then excess sell to others (gotta get through all the red tape on that end though).

Youve been there long enough to be upper management.

Not at level they were asking, I didn't have background or qualifications. Plus it's no really what I want to do.

Some background, but I think @Vegas knows the whole story better:

This dude Gresh used to post on the NFL boards at ESPN, apparently he was a front office type with the Chiefs at one point. During the Matt Millen years, Gresh became "friendly" with the Lions board on the site we all came from, and used to needle them about conversations he'd claimed to have with Millen about his drafts.

It came out later that Gresh had left his job in KC to go work at a college conference (A-10, maybe?), but was still telling everyone he worked for the Chiefs. He kinda slunk off a bit, then started telling stories about how he almost won a bunch of WSOP events, until someone came back and busted him on the bullshit of all his "bad beats" that never showed up on a televised event.

Then it came out that he's a food connoisseur, a master griller, maybe even a sommelier, and probably a few other things, all on different sites than our old home.

I once went at it with that dude because he was losing his sh*t about draft trade point systems. Like...of all the things to give a sh*t about.

I can't wait until Foles throws a pick-six to end the Bears' season in the playoffs against the Eagles, and then rips off the Bears jersey to show his old Eagles uni.

F*ck you guys...After Parkey and that worthless ass tight end that made us dig through the graveyard...Y'all owe us this one.

And lets not forget...We hooked y'all up with Alshon. Yeah recent history hasn't been great...but he helped y'all to the promised land. Time for some return favoring.

Bears keep signing sleeper agents of Howie's.

We'll see if we can get BDN to bash a folding chair over Trubs' head on the sideline at the end of the game.
