GAME Tulsa at Oklahoma State. 11AM CST on ESPN

Tulsa self destructing with penalties

this stage is too big for the tulsa coach. he’s an idiot. usually i blame the qb for these delay of gms/timeouts but they just aren’t getting the plays in

gundt wants a td bad

Ballgame

Defense looked stout. Too bad the offense took 2.5 quarters off. It sounds like Illingworth hadn't gotten a lot of reps in practice hence sticking with Bullock longer than we should have.

they better fix the OL because, it's not going to get easier

We have time. I think the team had no confidence in Bullock and it showed.
hopefully they play better even for Chuba sake.. my man got hit more times in the backfield today than last season combined

Yeah. Honestly Brown looked better today.

So did Gundy play this one a little too close to the vest or wtf?

I'm sorry, Tulsa didn't get THAT good in the offseason and the goatmilkers should be deep enough to still dominate them.

Hmm.....

It was an ugly game.. some WTF playcalling too.. But I'm starting to come around and think Texas and ou are legit based on how well the did last week. Seems most schools are struggling. Texas had a clean game for the most part. Running game could be better but it still was good, just like the defense.
It's going to be a weird season due to no spring practices..limited summer and fall camp practices. Not gonna shit on anyone and jinx my horns..except for ou.. fuck those guys lol

Illingworth was in quarantine the last 14 days and hadn't practiced. I guess Bullock is really the 3rd team guy and oh boy it showed. Post-game Gundy said Illingworth almost didn't suit up due to lack of practice and I guess that is why it was damn near the 4th quarter before he came in.

The first drive looked fine-it was run heavy, but fine. And once Bullock was out we scored on our last 3 posessions. I'm guessing if Sanders doesn't get hurt or if we see Illingworth after he went to the locker room, we either cover or get close to it.

Tulsa wins that game going away if they hadn’t lost their SR QB this week.
