you pay for quality.

I don't need anything as expensive as Oakley or Costas and I like a certain style Smith pair that I go to (Outlier)

and Oakleys are douchy

I've been going back and forth on buying a pair of their Guide's Choice. I want them, but that's a lot for a pair of sunglasses.

I took my outliers off while golfing and the lenses got scratches right in the middle of the fucking lens because I put them in the cup holder instead of in their case. Pissed at myself for that.

Didn't even get a bandaid after my first shot and I bleeded. Probably figured my mancoat would just soak up the blood.

I've got a pair of those. I like them because I can swap in/out lenses depending on light conditions. Helpful for skiing.
 
Reminds me that I lost a pair of my polarized Nikes while go karting last year

First lady looked at me and said, "Wow did you feel your shoulder muscle clamp up when I stuck the needle in?" like I'm some kinda lab rat.

Second lady started counting, "Ready, one, two...." but she'd already finished jabbing me at "Ready?"...very tricky.

That's what blows about sunglasses. I'm pretty good about keeping them in good condition, and I usually get a couple, two-tree years out of each pair, but shit happens.

I wish Sunglass Hut carried Smith because I'd pull the trigger right now. They have a deal if you damage your glasses at all, regardless of how, you can buy another pair within a year for half price. When I've bought from there, I've always gone back and bought the pair 1/2 off at a year even if I didn't fuck mine up. Another pair for down the road.

Those Guide's Choice that I'm looking at are badass, but they're $240.
 
Nothing bad found for Lil W so that was a relief. Yesterday Grand had his first ball practice. His team is all the younger tball kids. That will be hilarious to watch. Buck had his practice as well and they did a practice game between the two teams. Buck is going to be a fill in from what I saw. Oh well, it will do him good.
