I actually liked Steak when he was still on 680. Haven’t heard him since he moved to 92.9, because that station sucks.

He's a douche, and this post proves it. Flapping his gums and didn't even understand the situation. Others have posted videos of Stetson the length of the parade and 80% of the time, he is engaged with the fans. The other 20% he's talking to his brothers, and queuing up songs on his phone.

Ok, now in defense of our 2022 schedule, seeing how some people said we didn't play anyone:
Since the current Power 5/Group of 5 alignment debuted in 2014, Georgia is the only FBS team to beat teams from all five Power 5 conferences in the same season. The last FBS school to beat teams from at least five major conferences in the same season was 2001 Miami: Big East (its own conference), Big Ten (Penn State), ACC (Florida State), Pac-10 (Washington) and Nebraska (Big 12).
We beat ACC (GaTech), B1G (tOSU), B12 (TCU), and PAC (Oregon).
Georgia had wins over seven teams ranked in the AP’s final top 25 poll. Sagarin ranked the Dawgs’ schedule as 12th hardest in the country.

While I agree that you didn't necessarily play an easy schedule
The key is that most games where in a position on your schedule that was favorable to you and in an environment that was favorable to you.
Oregon - First year coach, first year QB, had to travel cross-country to play Georgia in a "neutral" site full of Georgia fans
South Carolina - The team hadn't gelled at this time and frankly wasn't any stronger than Vandy at the time you played them
Tennessee - Obtained the #1 bullseye that was a slap in the face to Georgia prior to the game and entered there first big-time matchup a potential favorite (Sure Vegas didn't have them but a lot of people were saying Tennessee was winning). It was also Tennessee's first true road test (LSU wasn't a big test for them) and Georgia fans showed up like they hadn't in years. Intangibles all favored Georgia here as well.
Kentucky - Kentucky was already in a major downward spiral when Georgia beat them
LSU - In Atlanta with heavy Georgia presence and focus to win game.
Unfavorable intangibles:
Ohio State - Kind of like Tennessee situation but reverse against Georgia with one exception, Georgia had a neutral/favorable location.
@ Missouri - Typically underdog matchup where the favorite overlooks the underdog. Georgia showed a lot of grit winning this game IMO
@ Mississippi State - Same as Missouri except Georgia stomped them
TCU - Could have been a bad situation since Georgia was heavy favorite but blew open
I am a big fan of not just the rankings of teams but where they play, when they play, and the intangibles. I think the argument about Georgia playing a soft schedule holds some water until playoffs. Georgia had two challenging playoff matchups and advanced both times. There was a lot of trap road games on Georgia's schedule that they survived (Missouri and Kentucky) or thrived in (Miss State).
I am not sure where this guy gets his rankings but I know Vanderbilt played Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee all 3 along with Ole Miss, Wake Forest in SEC slate. Why they are not #1 or top 10 is beyond me.
I would put Tennessee's strength of schedule up against Georgia because they played Alabama, Georgia, and Clemson all in the same season along with winning @ Pittsburgh and @ LSU.
Overall I do agree with you that Georgia's schedule wasn't soft but there was some favorability to Georgia the way things lined up in regular season (not sure about playoffs as I think bullzeye was on Georgia).
Regarding 2023 schedule, it is hard to rank it now because there might be a team out there that ends up very good that isn't good now like Tennessee was this past season. I also shared my input on it earlier in this thread. I will say that teams that are very good, like Georgia, will naturally have perceived easier schedules because they have more talent than most teams (if not all) on their schedule.

Or, we just beat the shit out of people. I'll go with that. Damn, man, sometimes you just have to tip your cap and let it go. I mean I am not going to begrudge you your wins against Bama and LSU because one was at home and the other was at 11am CDT and their team was still drunk. Just let it go.

The stars definitely aligned for us to beat Alabama. This is why they are ranked ahead of us because people are not confident we could win in Tuscaloosa or in another type of game against them.
Against LSU, I think the early momentum off the fumble and score plus a few other early scores blew the game open. LSU also wasn't playing as good at that time.
