I mean you said you were in the military, didnt those guys constantly bust balls? You cant let guys get to you, and if they do, you cant let them know. Their insecurities will kick into overdrive and pounce on weakness. These other guys, not me of course.
 
Hey @PARKA!! , just get your mind around a simple, or extremely difficult project, and ignore the dipshits. I enjoy you pressence here.

I'm not gonna do the over the top, super duper friendly routine. It's not my personality, but don't take it personal. In all honesty, you're alright dude. That's about as good as it gets for me.

I really like what he’s been doing lately, with his leadership role in the Crew. Did you notice he’s recruiting a Circus guide bear? Looks like we will finally have a Crew mascot.

yup… do you see how he’s trying to take the guide bear under his wing? he’s using the subtle/nurturing approach. Very different from his early days as The Crew leader but you can see he’s evolving. He’s really upped his game. He’s a great leader. Whenever I see him wearing his t-shirt I get inspired.
