I'd bet privately he does since they're friends. But doesn't do it publicly. In all of the interviews I've seen and heard with him, and watching him on the FOX pre-game show...he seems like a good dude. He's part of the reason that I like the FOX show better than Gameday.

Yeah I’d say those guys get along pretty well. Was one of the greatest games ever played even though we were on the losing end. There is definitely a mutual respect there.

A good friend of mine is a die hard Irish fan. Even has a tattoo of the mascot. He'd never been to Notre Dame stadium and going to a game there was on his bucket list. His wife got him tickets to that game. When it got to that 4th and 9 play, I typed up a Congrats text and was about to hit send. Then Leinart hit Jarrett and I didn't have to send it.

I kept it as a saved draft that I'd show him every once in awhile until I got a new phone about 3 or 4 years later. lol

I remember that being a looong game because of all the lead changes and each time it happened my wife would either hear me scream “FUCK!” or “YES”. She told me I couldn’t watch the games in the house anymore
