Upset Alert

Come on now -- do you really need to throw the ball on Northwestern? You should be able to push them all over the field.
Agree there. Our run game sucks right now!!

Watching TCU vs Texas Tech game. Not sure why we don't have game thread. Big stop by TCU holding Texas Tech to a FG on that last posession.

Every year, Texas Tech is such a weird team. They rarely put together a team that wins 9-10 games (I think they had a couple of years under Leach and that was it) but they always tend to give good team problems.

We got Oregons D coordinator and it shows, defense has been good all year. Coaching staff and o coordinator make some retard decisions. Our starting qb got hurt game one, or backup sucks monkey nuts, our 3rd string is awesome. He got hurt against okie state. And hurt again today because we are calling speed options, on 3rd and 11 like fucking retard baby moron poopyfaces.

13-10 at half because our defense doesn’t suck cock anymore and their td was a punt return.

Our 3rd string limped to the locker room so the starter who returned from injury came in but it shows he ain’t up to speed looks slow as molasses.

Expect we lose by 10-17

#17 UNC 10 - Virginia 14

They are who we thought they were

I put this thread up as a joke with 9 minutes to go in the 1st quarter -- Little did i know it would be 7-7 with OSU scoring late in the 2nd quarter to tie it up. :beer2:

When they play the other three Big 12 teams from Texas they do. I think it is because most of the players on all four teams played each other in high school so much. They just know each other so well.

That said, TCU ain't looking like a #7 team at all.

(4-4) Iowa - 17
(5-3) Purdue - 3

Vegas had Purdue -3.5

Iowa returning the favor from last season.

It isn't just in Big12. Texas Tech has had a history of beating good SEC teams as well like Ole Miss back when Eli Manning played for them and went 10-3. They also beat a good Arkansas team one year.

Every year, it seems like they beat or play hard against top 10 teams and then turn around and lose to Big12 bottom feeders. They played Oklahoma State tough this year as well. It is like they can play and beat good teams but they rarely have a good season themselves.

I remember a couple of those games. But I thought it had more to do with Ole Miss, Arky, etc not being used to seeing a Leach offense. Once they saw them more frequently, they adjusted.
