I just can't fathom PSU beating Ohio State. I just don't see how Penn State would be able to score with them.

I'm not knocking the horny toads at all. Give 'em kudos for what they've done so far. Those suckers are playing hard and fast. Our secondary is awful. TCU is the exactly the type of team we don’t want to see at this moment. I see in no way is this close.

Upset Saturdays shake up the CFB polls. Everything people thought they knew turns to shit for that one week.
Upset Saturday's typically start with an early game upset and coaches can use that as motivation in the locker room "They did it, see it can happen, you can do it too". It's a motivation that builds the rest of the day.

Being the 29th there is also the whole Halloween atmosphere in the stands that can favor home teams. It's CFB.

If #14 Utah loses @ Washington St on Thursday night it could set the stage.

I've seen people be like "use your vcash, put your money where your mouth is" and I'm like....bet with fake money, that will show them? I'd much rather lose that than an avi bet where I'm stuck with some garbage for a month. Or worse, a year.

Oh yeah, losing an avi bet is definitely worse than losing vcash....especially if you lose one to @SlinkyRedfoot.

But for us old farts that are technomologically challenged, figuring out how to get our avi changed is equal to learning quantum physics. But so is figuring out how to settle a vcash bet.

If you lose enough avi bets like I or MnB have, changing Avis is second nature.
