Yahoo Sports reporting Urban Meyer turned them down. Won't come out of retirement

He has quit a job over health issues, now he is turning one down. Got himself a nice steak dinner with a side of ass-kissing and then said no thanks.
 
Assuming Urban doesn't come to Austin, what's the next move? Herman safe or is there another plan? And I mean a real plan, not the junk I read the other day about "this is Texas so Dabo is option 2 then Saban".

I guess I'm the next up with a "sauces" claim, but mine tell me Sam will not play for Texas again. The family source (Sam's, not mine) said he would quit if there wasn't a way to grad-xfer to Clemson. Based on what I see, there is no path for him to play for Dabo unless Texas hires him.

Beamer is going to be so bummed that he didn't wait for Texas.
 
So glad he’s not coming to the 40 Acres.
One more mediocre year with Herman and his fullback, Sam, behind center, then we can *start to *start again.

Sam transfers to Clemson and beats out Trevor for the starting job, who decided to pass on the Jets
