Urban Meyer swings on Notre Dame nutsack

Well, they’re getting a full ACC slate of games, right?

They overrate Notre Dame every year.

Are Ohio State fans being reasonable about him yet or are they still in full denial mode?
Sleazy as in how? Skirting/breaking the rules? Eh, wake me when you find one who isn't.

Personal life stuff? Wouldn't be the first, and I really don't care. Just win.

Like "vouching" for a violent gangbanger to Gainesville law enforcement because he was his star TE. Said TE then went on to be a serial murderer.

I also have a feeling that the family of the kid who committed suicide on his watch has a less-than-stellar opinion of him.

But, you're right. None of that matters. "Just win" and all is forgiven.

@JuiceTheGator You expect Urban Meyer to be back in Gainesville anytime soon?

So I take that as a NO.

Persona non grata

I don't think he thought he would go on kill people.... And he certainly was not the only "thug" in CFB.

Anyway, this might be me being bias or naive, but I do believe this - he was too focused on the on-field stuff in Florida, took some fliers on kids, and was too lax on the off-field stuff. He learned/evolved from that, and tried to be cleaner up here at OSU. He was still a great coach, but if he kept some of his ways, I also think we have another title.

I never said he knew! Why do you guys always run to that as the first excuse!

The fact is this: Urban Meyer "vouched" for a violent gang member because he could catch a football really well. That violent criminal then went on to commit serial murder.

He'll never, ever escape the fact that he enabled a serial killer, not that I think he gives a fiddler's fuck about it because he's a selfish piece of shit.

If vouching for a thug is what grinds you, then you're going to hate a lot of coaches...
