Urban Meyer.......

Saying Joe Paterno is innocent, which is what they said/say, is different than describing the person you knew. Both things can be true, Harbaugh's experience with Bo could very well be described in the way that he did. I think it omits the idea that Bo could have had a side he didn't know.

What Harbs is doing is the same thing penn state fans did, justifying why the person he is defending deserves no blame. It’s pathetic and wrong.

It's 56k ready and comes with pepperoni rolls, some dollar scratch-offs, 5 paternity test coupons and a 'shine sampler.

mister, you ain't lived 'til you've had yournself a west virginny gas station pepperoni roll

Any college coach not named Nick Saban should be uneasy. Any AD worth their weight in salt would shit can their current coach if Meyer wanted to coach there

I think a lot of schools would turn meyer down now after what happened at Jacksonville; and the fact that he's bailed and/or been fired at every place he's been at. Could Meyer really re-build a team now days? I don't know if he could in modern CFB where star players can bolt at a moments notice and play right away at another school. Hell, right before leaving OSU he lost Burrow to LSU. I'm not sure he could pull another Utah again. So 1. The school would have to be pretty close to success, with enough talent on the roster to win ASAP. And 2. They'd have to want or be OK with the controversy that followed.

Sounds like a match made in Heaven for UGA. Braves are the least woke team in pro sports and just won the World Series. We can handle controversy

Plus he spent a couple years as a short stop in the Braves farm system.

It all just makes so much sense

Jimmie Johnson's take may explain why these results are what they are...for the most part.

JJ's take on Urbs NFL stint

“There’s not a world of difference between the college level and the NFL. There’s a galaxy of difference,” said Johnson, the rare coach to win big in college and in the pros and the first to win a college national championship and a Super Bowl.

“When you have a top 10 program in college, you’ll win 10 games just by showing up. The difference in the talent level is vast. That doesn’t happen in the NFL."

So any school that doesn't "win 10 games just by showing up" isn't a "top 10 program in college." Looking at you USC, Texas, Miami, FSU....and a whole bunch more non 10 winners.
