weve gone over this but for the slow kids in WV, given what we had as far as testing protocol and capabilities in the summer when I said that vs what we have now is why i said that then vs what i say now. and we still arent seeing a whole season even with those things.

at that time its how i felt. if testing protocols were not in place and if testing capabilities werent what they are now, which is cheaper and faster now that what was available then I would still say it. its not flip flopping when changes to the system actually improve.
