You don't bring her in because of which coaches she hired. She's a tireless worker and a massive fundraiser. If that's not why they hired her they made a mistake lol.

This, but also, she’s done a great job hiring for the football program anyway. She was just an assistant AD at the time, but reports gave her the credit for landing Petersen. Now Deboer. Lake was terrible but was also a nobrainer hire at the time, and maybe most impressive was not dragging ass on shitcanning him.

I give her credit for that. She cut her losses quickly on Lake and moved on. A lot of people would have given him another year to try to turn it around.
