So basically it comes down to recruiting. USC has to pick up kids that can play in adverse conditions. If they focus on socal that's a problem unless they are really good at evaluating talent. If they pick up kids from all over it's probably not a problem. Williams is from DC so he knows what winter looks like on the east coast. So he probably has a good idea what Michigan looks like in November because it's not like he'll see it in January. For the west coast kids we are talking late fall in B1G territory. There may be snow but we might still be mowing the lawn. We don't know. So it's an issue but it's more about playing in September type temps vs it's kinda cold but not shitty weather so it's a non issue
