I rewatched this and that wasn’t the read. Worthy was was 1 on 1 with no underneath help (LB blitzed). The play was blown up when Sanders was pushed into Ewers face and he couldn’t get the ball off immediately (not sure why he played so much, he was obviously hurting). Then Robertson missed the stunt. He is freshman and the 3rd string center, so not going to go off on that

jesus man i just saw some clips.. Sanders missed every single block in the game.. That was on Sark for rolling him out there.. he's a weak blocker already.. but with a blown tire?? should have used Helm and bring in Davis or something

this loss is going to look worse as the weeks go by...

Agree.. I commend his attitude and willingness to play through pain, but a coach has to tell him “I love you toughness, but you just don’t have it today”
 
Just got a chance to watch the replay. Hard to see which players where who when on the texas side in person. That small ass tv screen sucks. Billy Bowman with the huge hit on Sanders in the end zone which turned into an int was awesome then Bowman blew up Xavier Worthy on the 4th down play at the 1 yard line. Then Billy Bowman with the hit on Ewers that caused the fumble. These young fellas are studs! Also Ethan Downs probably should have gotten a taunting call lol.

sanders had the ball bounce off his hands even before the hit.. it was a good hit, but it wasn't what made the drop happen

yeah the stick on the ewers fumble was solid.. i thought quinn was going to hurt his shoulder but he bounced back.. think thats the sad part.. he was accurate outside the two INTs which the first one was on AD.. he let the cornerback react to the ball before he did.. AD had a lot of sloppy play .. probably why Sark said he wish he played Cook more

OU is 17-8 this century, and amazingly they have went from 34-55 to 51-63.

yeah it bounced of his hands before the hit.. he fucked up.. but he was doing that all game in almost everything.. if he made one block on a open screen to WOrthy it would have been taken to the house..instead it was a no gain..

that last drive we made him look great.. think that's the most frustrating part.. but it is what it is and kudos to DG for getting it done.. Hopefully PK figures some shit out as the weeks go by because i think a lot of teams will try to play fast and use their QB for draws up the middle
