Ive shat twice this fine morning.

The first was a healthy beast manned by a seasoned conductor who ran a tight and punctual vessel.

The second one was a filthy mess WAY ahead of schedule and the conductor smelled of Steel Reserve redbeers and a Gyro Platter w/extra Feta Cheese.

They didn't turn out very well. Had to run an errand while they were cooking, had a flat tire and had to get it fixed. They over cooked by about 45 minutes.
Folks liked them, but if they weren't here I'd have tossed all 4 racks into the chicken run.

spent all day outside today and I prolly would have eaten them anyway.

UGH i hate when that happens, sit there all week building it up in your mind, buy the meat, prep the meat, get everything going perfect, then something happens and it turns out dry and the whole world comes crashing down. (used to have the same feeling at nebraska losses but i think ive grown accustomed to those)
