My initial thoughts are somewhere around 10-15 cases if beer. A couple handles of each bourbon, vodka, rum, and I have no idea how many bottles of wine

For close friends I would do a destination wedding. But for extended family and shit, nope. Turned down one this summer out in Colorado mountains.

I'm sure parts of rural MN you BYOB, but seems strange. Any venue here has a food/beverage minimum as well, not sure how'd we had have hit it without booze

i was at a wedding in Wi and they put out two giant punch bowls, 7 and 7 and whisky sours

Oh its definitely a cool area. And I plan on going out to go see some friends sometime soon. But I'm not dropping that money to go see some family member I rarely ever see or talk to.
