Speaking of the Mrs. and pictures...

I went to the Green Bay Gamblers (USHL) hockey game Saturday night with a group a 12. It was "horror/metal" night. The Gamblers wore a cool horror-themed jersey, they had horror-movie-related features throughout the game and played metal music throughout the game.

Midway through the third period during one of the standard "media timeouts", it was announced that my wife won a free jersey through one of their raffles. This is what the jerseys looked like (logo on the left is the logo on the front of the jersey):

Some context, they have been planning this trip for over a year. Safety for obvious reasons has always been our #1 concern but we agreed she would just plan as if she were going until they tell us they aren't.

There have been some adjustments to their itinerary. They had to move to another complex for lodging and cancelled an excursion to Lebanon due to safety concerns. I talked to her on the phone this morning and she said tourism traffic is down but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary is happening with security or a presence of the military.

Our family views this as a pilgrimage so we know there are certain risks involved going to the Middle East and this is not what you would call a vacation.

I got married 25 years ago in AUGUST. Last night, my wife gave me some 🤯 before 👉👌 and I made her 😮🥴🥱😴. You can wear the pants AND get good 😺 for 25+ years if you play your cards right.
