you ever notice that we shorten April to "Apr" and all that saves us is from writing 2 lines and a dot?

lazy motherfuckers.
 
Not a fan of shortening April. I've been known to use Feb though. Maybe a Dec or Nov sprinkled in there.
 
I sucked hard at tennis last night, just couldn't put the ball away. The two players we faced were pushers, meaning they are very steady and don't really go for winners, they just get the ball back in play and wait for you to make mistakes. I tried to shorten points and put it away, but just couldn't get it done...and I kept dumping the ball in the net on my volleys. Pissed me off.

Then I get done and I have a message from work that I am needed to do an evaluation for a valve they were testing. Fuck.

I am a little achy today from the COVID shot, but not too bad. Coffee will solve that.

Played some doubles Sunday for the first time. Did pretty decent at the net... As long as I could keep focus

supposed to get some thunderstorms this afternoon, but I have a feeling it will miss us, which means the mulch will be spread today.

I would say there was a good 2 inches on my car this morning. Grass and trees covered, but sidewalks and roads were good
