morning

went for a run after work yesterday...first time since before the wedding. I was definitely feeling it after.
 
Lifted last night. Iā€™m going to miss these 6-8 sessions when football & cheer ends this week.
 
It was 80 here yesterday, this morning breezy and rainy. Feels like a nice fall day and my compound bow came yesterday

Praise Jeebus, now that the political ads are gone, we celebrate by bringing politics into the morning threads.

Been busy at work, will be spending most of the next few mornings in meetings. Yay.
 
Now we can get back to what really matters in this country. The Jets are a laugher of an organization. Embiid and the 76ers are a joke. And Drake Maye is the future. Amen.

Older 3 are home. Bossy & Dodger sick with stomach bug. Buck was down at Cincy last night but no answers it seems. Might try to send him a half day again. Lil W is back to school after her stomach bug. Grand is so far good. Hopefully he stays that way as he starts his 4 Saturdays of hoops & 2 Saturdays of wrestling camp.
 
heading to DC this weekend for a Leon Bridges show and then dropping off some returns at Crate & Barrel that we decided weren't what we wanted from the registry, including a wine fridge that didn't get good reviews.

Also the nba suspending a player who doesn't want to play...punishment should've been making him play 3 games.
