Wednesday thread for morning guys

connected to the building (or inside) was a 7/11 type store (i think it was called 7/11), but they sold alcohol, so just had to go down 33 floors ( i forget what floor i was on, but 33 sounds about right).

yeah, shuttle was a food delivery service. I know they have them in the states, but where I'm at now my delivery options are few and far between. there i was close to any cuisine i craved and there's no tipping, so whatever the flat service fee was, which was like $2-3 is all that the convenience of it cost me.
I will say, I hated paying for pizza and wings there only to find out that's what they were charging back here in the states anyway. fucking ridiculous to think of what wings cost when i was a kid vs now or a large pie for that matter.

and speaking of connected, really dug the hackers soundtrack.

You sure you’re not seeing... Prime Toyota Rav4s... from the Prime Toyota dealership in Boston?
I'm sure that I'm looking at the correct vehicle, because I'm going off of the "search inventory" with my zipcode on Toyota's website. But could be they are trying to trick me into submitting my contact info I suppose. I just checked the dealers website, that they tell me to contact, and they list only 1. Not 53.

I don't have a car right now, and this is one I'm considering. My new job has a lot of charging stations. Might even be free to charge while at work, which would be pretty cool. Not sure if that's worth paying an extra 10k though.

I think they are selling over MSRP due to demand.

But maybe they just list one at each Toyota dealer, and you end up putting your name on the list to buy the next one available?

There are still a few places that do "all you can eat" wings. It isn't as cheap as it used to be, but it's still decent value compared to what BWW charges.

Maybe. I just checked another dealership close by and they have 3.

i never had an all you could eat wing place, but when i was coming up the place across the street was $4 a dozen. think one of the places had a .25 wing night.

but also, the cost of a pie now is like $14 for your basic large cheese pizza. I get the prices increases to an extent for rents, but man I had a disappointing .50 wing night in my area, think they got the wings off of pigeons the fuckers were so small.

Hahaha. I haven't seen that movie in a long time. Might need to revisit it soon.
That was pre-youtube. I was convinced that milking cats was the next big thing so I applied myself

With all your money? Are you trying to be a poor like Douche?

I got gout before i hit 35 by consuming too much alcohol and wings, there's some areas where i still like to reminisce about a good deal no matter how much it harms me in the process.

that said, it is the kings disease. pouring one out and down my throat for all my other kings suffering out there.

So in essence, you like to go slumming. That's fine. But the next time you do that I want you to remember something. For folks like @broncosmitty and I that is high times. We live for it!

if high times includes spending XXXX on the prix fixe menu I went with at the Hong Kong restaurant overlooking the water, I can't do that fois gras shit anymore. it was actually after that weeklong vacation to hong kong and japan with friends where i went back home and crashed for a day and a half when the gout first appeared (i mean, obviously it was there before, this was the first blown attack where the pain was real and I drank to curb it, which worked royally). i think i may have missed the point of the post.

meh, this is where i'm at in the current dance party

I feel like there were some really solid soundtracks when it came to movies in the 90's.

even bad movies like Hackers.
