Wednesdy, December 29

Yeah, really, should have done it last year when we were already at our deductible. Just never got around to it.

We've never gotten an answer as to why my wife had the stroke right before Tank was born. She can't take hormonal birth control because of the stroke, and I didn't get married to wear condoms until my wife hits menopause.
Spray away good sir

Waiting to get a vasectomy today.

Probably unnecessary, since the COVID shots were supposed to sterilize me anyway, but I'd prefer to be certain.
You’re not trusting the science, dude.

Good luck!

I refuse to be fat dad.

Can’t fight nature. Gotta keep your natural test high. Years of eating added sugars, fats then cutting your test supply off is not a great combo. Not saying that’s you but it’s a lot of dudes.

so my company reimburses for a new pair of work boots every year...and I don't think anyone needs a new pair every year...but why pass up on that?

so I ordered a pair last night and put in my expense report to my boss. Hoping it gets processed before the end of the year...but then again I am sure it doesn't really matter.

then those shoes go right back to Amazon

Sugar is our biggest health threat.

I've always been thin. Haven't been a sugar guy for like a decade plus. I'd say my fat intake is right in line with recommended

When I go hard core I cut that pretty dramatically but I've been a softie on staying with it for a few years.

I never dieted. Never had to. Just worked out and burned a lot of calories like a lot of people. Now I have to diet. It gives me something to do. Give me goals to set etc…

I was really inspired by this short video by Arnold (who I also read a lot about) where he talks his diet, and how he never needed a lot of food. 3 eggs and some bacon for breakfast. A normal sized 10 oz steak for lunch. Chicken breast and vegetables for dinner etc…says he would eat 5 times a day, his 3 meals plus 2 protein shakes a day. The goal is to get 1 gram of protein per lb (so if you’re 200 lbs, 200 grams a protein per day).

I try really hard to follow that same routine. I’m pretty strict, not as strict as I could be though. I’m real motivated to stay lean (190-200 range) so I’m getting more disciplined as time goes on.
