Week 12 LOL’s

Who wants to play in the Cheezit Bowl, anyway?
Fuck that Cheezit Shit
We're 2-0 all time vs these fucks.

Guaranteed Rate Bowl: Oklahoma vs. Wisconsin

Generally, these two teams are at the top of their respective conferences. Meeting in the postseason, you’d think they’d be playing in a more prestigious bowl game. But this is where Oklahoma and Wisconsin football is at in the year 2022.

Oh yeah, that's way more prestigious, nice goin

Iowa State defense + Tennessee Offense would be Undefeated, Ranked #01 and scaring the shit out of every single football team in the country! Too bad we don't have Johnny Majors to figure that combo out!
78, what is it about the state of Iowa CFB and offense? Defenses look pretty damn good, but offenses are painful to watch.

3rd string ran for 147 yards and 3 TDs. In the second half. Tried to force a bot fully healthy Trevyon Henderson out there and it didn't go well

I’d rather have Hayden out there than Henderson at this point. Henderson is hobbled and awful currently

I mean. I wouldn’t expect most teams would do well with their top 2 starters out at a position like RB. Now days those kids transfer. Think of it this way, it should have been charbonnet. But he was too good to ride the bench. The issue with modern football is that depth charts get pretty weak behind the starters.we’re lucky to have Edwards. Unlucky that both got injured.

The problem for Michigan more so is that McCarthy clearly can’t put them team on his shoulders. They stumbled into FGs to beat Illinois because Illinois offense is crap against anyone with a pulse.

If it’s on McCarthy to beat us it’s gonna get ugly for Michigan.

Absolutely. I was saying that the whole first half. Henderson wouldn't hit a hole, kept trying to bounce to the outside. Yelling at my TV that he either isn't healthy or sucks now but either way get him out.

Harbaugh will have Corum out there. Even if he has to go Varsity Blues and shoot up the knee

It was so unbelievably bizarre to see Corum come in for one carry in the 2nd half. Made zero sense?

Thinking it went something like this:
Mike Hart-"Blake, you good to go?"
"Yeah, coach. I'm good"
Harbaugh-"get him the hell out of there. We need to win without him this week bc we can't next"

I know this is going to sound crazy conspiracy theory and I'm never that guy. But as a wrestler growing up, I had a teammate who had a MCL injury before the state tourney. He needed surgery, but the doctor said he could wrestle as he couldn't mess it up worse, if he could deal with it. I think that could be what the doctor's told him -- he couldn't do any more harm to it.

No player goes down like Corum did, grasping for their knee before hitting the ground, and it not being serious. Someone said, maybe he hyperextended it, but the replay doesn't show anything like that. My theory is -- UM put him out for one play, just so people think he is good to go, so OSU has game plans for him and that he won't be playing next week.

As far as Donovan Edwards -- I don't even know what his injury is. The guy played 2 snaps against Nebraska. Wasn't hurt on a play and never returned. Then he was ruled out this past week. So absolutely no idea if he plays.

It makes me feel as if UM is going to have to go to pass heavy attack next week and Corum was stuck in to make OSU think we will be running the ball.

In any case -- UM is in trouble if they are without Corum and Edwards. Really just Corum. He makes the offense go.

Tennessee's pass defense needs it's own LOL thread.

Spencer Rattler had thrown for more than 227 yards in ONE GAME this year. He threw for 438 on Tennessee.

Spencer Rattler threw for 6 tds againt Tennessee which is 1 more TD pass than he threw against Florida, Missouri, Texas A&M, Kentucky, South Carolina State, Charlotte, Georgia, Arkansas and Georgia State. Rattler had a total of 5 tds passes against the 9 teams combined.

Maybe they made Edwards go to the Holocaust museum earlier.

It could be something like what you said as well.

I'm never a conspiracy theorist, but having Corum come out for one play is so unbelievably bizarre. I can't imagine it was like what you said -- that Mike Hart put him out there without Harbaugh knowing. Corum is the single most important player on our team -- I'd imagine Harbaugh talked to everyone and anyone about his status.

I can't even get upset with McCarthy. Our WR's are absolute trash. We don't have a WR who have a guy who get separation downfield. We don't have a guy who can win 50/50 balls. We don't have the big body guy you can just throw it up to.

We have a bunch of possession WR's.

Keep in mind also that 3rd string was supposed to be 4th string if not for a season ending injury to Evan Pryor. Our RB room has been cursed this season
Prior was the 3rd string guy I was talking about.

And the one big body McCarthy has to throw to has been hurt (Schoonmaker). I really hope he'll be ready.

Nebraska’s next coach who ever that might be.
