Week 3 LOL @ thread

LOL at LSU for hiring Bo Pelini - he never could figure out the Pirate and Air Raid offenses, still wastes defensive time outs, his defenses gives up big plays on 3rd down, and the other teams break records against his defenses.

Went back and looked. You guys were 25 week one. One of those teams in front lost, so you probably would have been 24 (assuming no upsets from B1G/PAC teams).


It will be interesting to see how we're slotted when eligible

My guess is behind Alabama and Clemson if both are still undefeated. I don't see anyone else higher than Ohio State even if they are undefeated. How you perform against Nebraska will be important as well.

I was talking more of a whole for conference. Now that Oklahoma and lost, I agree about OSU.... If they were undefeated, we'd probably be 4th or 5th.

I think you would have come in ahead of an undefeated OU. You were #3 in the preseason so I suspect something similar. This depends on if you look good against Nebraska.

I watched UTEP play last week (had $10 to win $300 on ACU straight-up) and that game was truly dismal. How in the hell could a team let UTEP score 31 on them?

Meh. First game vs Mike Leach's Air Raid for any SEC team since bowl matchups when he was Texas Tech. Leach inherited more talent at Miss State than he's ever had in his career. Miss State will be tough to beat early on

Doesn't matter who, LSU gave up over 600 yards in passing. The D looked like they didn't have any clue as to what was going on.

It's a rough way to lose, sure, but I expect them to improve as the season goes on. Never overreact to week one.
 
OU isn't a good team this year. They really fell off big time. Pathetic performance today. Barf
