Have seen it many times... yes. He had a whole meltdown over it in a game with the Jags and got ejected over it.

He’s so spoiled getting calls even when not warranted that he has a tantrum the rare time it does go uncalled, and I’m the other penalties in the game more than made up for it.

And that was also 7 years ago when it was mostly Brady getting all the calls
