NFL WEEKLY GAME THREAD Week 7

Tannehill intercepted and leveled. He was having a near perfect day up until then, but that was ugly.

Pringle just made an amazing catch and got destroyed for his effort. He held on, though.

GD Chiefs are gonna get Mahomes killed. He just had to be helped off the field after yet another hit.

Chiefs are just awful. Back to the norm I guess. Maybe we should trade Mahomes away so he can be a star somewhere.
fwiw, there's a lot of discussion online where ppl are citing advanced stats that point out that Mahomes got really lucky with some of his passes from 2018-2020.

i'm not sure how reliable that is, b/c tbh, i never knew "turnover-worthy play rate" was an actual thing.

Why is this Bears-Buccaneers game on CBS? They're both NFC teams, shouldnt it be on FOX? Or has the league decided that they want Brady's biggest fan, Jim Nance, to be allowed to follow Brady around all season long, regardless of preexisting contractual agreements among the networks? 😂

Holy Christ….the sarcasm from Nantz and Romo right now.

35-3 game. Bucs 4th and goal at the 1. They are tossing out things like “this is huge”, “this could decide the game”, “turning down a chip FG that could end up being the difference”.

Props to Bears D denying them….but they are just so bored calling this game at this point.

Good theory….possible.

I’ve been noticing this for a few years, and it makes my fucking head hurt a little.

I grew up it was NFC on CBS (then Fox), AFC on NBC (then CBS). Period.

But, they do this a lot now.

Maybe a punt by Fox since they wouldn’t have Buck/Aikman for it due to the WS?
