NFL WEEKLY GAME THREAD Week 7

The Raiders winning in a blowout.
You and I could complete some of those passes Carr is getting. Just Swiss cheese out there. Christ.

Not to knock Carr, who I like. He’s not flubbed much at all with this cake walk he’s been given.

Good theory….possible.

I’ve been noticing this for a few years, and it makes my fucking head hurt a little.

I grew up it was NFC on CBS (then Fox), AFC on NBC (then CBS). Period.

But, they do this a lot now.

Maybe a punt by Fox since they wouldn’t have Buck/Aikman for it due to the WS?
Ah yes, that might be it

Bears are absolute dogshit today. We want Red!!!
They decided to tank. Dalton would undoubtedly perform better than this turnover machine but FIELDS MUST START.

Dalton signed a big contract to play for Chicago. Fields needs a year on the bench to sit and learn.

Why is this Bears-Buccaneers game on CBS? They're both NFC teams, shouldnt it be on FOX? Or has the league decided that they want Brady's biggest fan, Jim Nance, to be allowed to follow Brady around all season long, regardless of preexisting contractual agreements among the networks? 😂
They did that crap a couple weeks ago when put Broncos and Steelers game on FOX so didn’t get the Packers game because of it.

Ah yes, that might be it
If I’m sticking with that theory there will be a game later this year in the 4pm slot of two AFC teams that looked solid before the season….and Buck/Aikman will be calling it.

I think they horse trade a little like this now.

Poor Lions. They emptied their playbook and still came up short. Someone take away their coach's shoelaces

Did he cry at his press conference after the game?

Well, it hasnt happened yet, but he might. Hell, he might be past the crying phase and now into the "physically assaulting members of the press" phase

ppl that were calling for Fields to start over Dalton looking pretty dumb now

Fields already wasn't ready and at this point looks like a crash dummy with that line.

Though I'm not sure Bears fans can mentally prepare for Fields to be a bust if he ends up one.

yup, he isn't ready and that OL gives him zero chance

and i'm not sure you can go back to Dalton w/o wrecking Fields' confidence, but at the same time going out there and stinking up the joint every Sunday isn't gonna help either

man, Norman made a lot of money based off that one year great in Carolina

The Raiders winning in a blowout.

Carr with the second highest completion percentage ever, minimum 30 attempts at 91.17%. this without Waller playing this week

People always saying he throws to Waller too much.

People always saying he throws to Waller too much.

Lol Derek Carr himself joked in an interview before the game that he had to find people to spread 20 targets out without Waller playing.

Rugs had made tremendous strides this year, and Edwards is coming along very nicely as well
