In the "good division" - fuck outta here with that nonsense, you also have arguably 3 od the worst teams in that division to beat up on . You act as if that division has completely dominated the other, the only thing you are hanging your hat on is that side winning the conference mostly because of Ohio St.

When you break down the numbers, it's much closer than you would like to think and that is again, with Nebraska going through their worst decade in 70 years.

Not including CCGs.
West - 70 wins against East opponents since the divisions were made in 2014.
East - 79 wins against West opponents since the divisions were made in 2014.

Why wouldn't you include the CCG, which pits the best in the East vs the "best of the West"?? Is it because the B1G Worst has never won a CCG? :pound:

But hey -- your worst 3 teams (I think Nebraska falls into that category) could probably take the 3 worst teams in the East -- so the divisions are definitely equal, other than the B1G East have 3 or 4 teams who could win the B1G West almost any year.

Michigans lost to Wisconsin like 3 of the last 5.
MSU has like 11 losses against West schools in the past 8 seasons.
PSU has like 8 losses to West schools in the past 8 season.
Shit, even half of Ohio Sts losses in that time frame are to West teams too.

Considering that you are only playing 2-3 cross divisional opponents at any time and half are going to be bad... losing a third of them isn't too good. Problem is that yeah, the East is top heavy, but the bottom is awful and the East is spread out much more. I mean shit, you are practically guaranteed 3 divisional wins in the East.

The only problem with your stats are -- since they went to the East/West:
Penn State has won a B1G title
Michigan State has won a B1G title
Michigan has won a B1G title
Ohio State has won a B1G title

NO TEAM IN THE B1G WEST HAS WON A B1G TITLE. Zero. I will give you a hint -- Nebraska wasn't crying about their schedule being too hard because they had to play Minnesota, Illinois and Northwestern.

And if Nebraska was even halfway decent -- they'd be essentially guaranteed 3 wins in the West too. In 470 games against Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Purdue, Illinois and Northwestern -- UM combined win % is 76%.

You arguing for the West is like SEC fans saying the SEC East is better because their bottom 3 teams could do well against the bottom 3 teams in the West.

Uhhhhhhhh, maybe "used to". But K-State has won two of the last three agains the land thieves. Them and Iowa State were a thorn in Lincoln's butt.

When I was growing up we shot a lot of ducks that hung around the shit ponds at the nearby city sewage plant.
