It's hard to explain.


I mean, I honestly only listened to a few seconds of it, but my instant thought was...oh look, a wannabe Tool band.

Tool is a whole bunch of bells and whistles. I like them enough, don't get me wrong. I've seem two great live shows of theirs...early on...but the idea that they are some other-worldly, amazing, new-age, metal Pink Floyd, is just nonsense.

I have no need for a sub-genre of Tool.
 
A band I've been into for a long time now. Really good shit.

 
If you ever get a chance to see these guys in New Orleans, do it.
