I think it would be 1st round pick, conditional 2nd that can be upgraded to a 1st and either a player or 3rd rounder as well

I think value reduced based on:
Age
GB will want to limit to AFC
Rodgers will want to limit to certain teams he feels are SB contenders

that leaves:

Broncos
Dolphins
Steelers

Colts.
Rodgers in Indy would be devastating.

Brady is not coming to SF. The 49ers invested three firsts in Trey Lance. Too much invested to let him sit long term and the team is going to want to take advantage of the salary cap savings at the QB position for the next several years
