This isn’t a movie, but YouTube’s algorithm has been pushing it on me for every rant I’ve watched tonight.


And I’m just gonna leave it here.

For those who do click, gonna assume, we all can agree, this Nword has kept it real, and stayed true to his values, since he was 8.

Really? I thought this was cheesy and awful. Not nearly as well written as the previously posted Mamet "ABC" scene (or some other ones in a similar vein), for instance.

I think it’s “cheesy” also but that fits the character that Affleck played. All those guys were “cheesy” wanna be stock brokers. Of course his speech will be cheesy.

The Alec Baldwin character was much different. Of course his speech will be different.

It's not about the speeches being different, it's more about the quality of the actual dialogue. I think you can write a deliberately cheesy speech much better than that.
