No point to drinking alone or drinking with your buddies unless you’re addicted to the stuff. Older dudes who drink alone every night are just getting fat and unhealthy drinking their calories. Smoke weed.

Definitely. It’s not universal. But they prob drink and have shit diets too.

But when used responsibly it’s a wonderful thing.

Some of the most successful athletes in history smoke/smoked weed. On and off the field. Can’t immediately think of anyone who played drunk although I’m sure it’s happened. Maybe in hockey.

No. A cinnamon stick usually...I've seen cloves in some recipes before but I don't care for that flavor.

Guajillos, anchos and de Arbols, deseeded and rehydrated, blended with tomatoes and some chipotles in adobo added to a pot of seared chuck roast and short ribs, with onions, carrots and garlic, oregano, cumin and a cinnamon stick. Slow cooked for a few hours. Strain the sauce, separate the fat, use the fat to fry the tacos in.

Add chopped white onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime into your jus cup. Perty good shit.


But like I said, every time I've had them out and about, I've been disappointed. They either lack overall flavor, they're too spicy, or like you said, too sweet.

Speaking of lacking overall flavor, I just went to a local mexican joint and ordered carnitas. It was adequate with toppings, but I tried some by itself and it tasted like they slow cooked a pork shoulder in water. Fuckin' pendejos.
