A Goody’s powder and some Gatorade will take care of any hangover in no time, with the stuff I drink, the hangover only consists of a slight headache, spring allergies make me feel worse in the morning than pulling an all night drunk

The Astros were only given a "slap on the wrist" because Manfred and the owners knew a lot more teams were guilty so they tried to sweep it under the rug and clean it up internally to avoid another Mitchell Report disaster.
