I'll be doing some wings too, but the Tyson frozen buffalo style in the air fryer.

I'd get some from a local Mom&Pop restaurant, but everything is closed for winter storm.

I made a big pot of ham & bean soup about a month ago with a spiral ham bone from last Easter.

I bought 4 smoked shanks to add in there but only needed two of them.
The other two went into the freezer and I saw them yesterday when I was digging for something else, so I pulled one out for tonight.
