My wife decorates the house for Christmas the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving.
My wife un-decorates the house for Christmas on New Years Day.
I, personally, do none of the decorating and un-decorating; I provide on-demand support for her (such as moving heavy things).

I typically do it on New Year’s Day. I may wait until the weekend though. Depends on the weather and my level of motivation.

Last year I carried our tree out the back door and just dropped in the yard because the lawn was absolutely swamped.
I finally dragged it around to the front and out to the curb sometime in March and my neighbors were laughing at me.
