When is a stadium considered "old"?

This always confuses me. Inevitably, if you call Fenway what it is, someone responds with "but Wrigley!"

Wrigley Field and Fenway have one thing in common: they're both old.

That's where the similarities end.

Wrigley is in baseball heaven, Fenway is baseball hell.

You'd just as soon walk out onto 38th Street at night in Boston as enter a plethora of Wrigleyville bars in the sunshine?

Not even close to the same thing.

I was talking strictly stadium... not the surrounding area. I absolutely LOVE Chicago. I can't stand the fact that she wouldn't let me sit on that fence for 2 seconds to take a pic (it wasn't event he Ivy) and Cub fans are the worst.
