Old Elvis died at 42. I am 13 years older.
 
I was never an Elvis fan because I was not a fan of rock and roll or gospel. My favorite album of his would probably be the live at Madison Square Garden.
 
I feel a little sympathy for Old Elvis because he had such a crooked agent and he was a mega drug addict. But he was also a fat pederast recluse, who died on the shitter, and that’s too embarrassing to overcome.

Before my time. Listened a bit as a young kid. Neighbor's mom had the album with Hound Dog on it. I liked the songs and we listened to it a few times. That was my extent of Elvis.
 
The reason Elvis wore the big collars and turned up collars was because he thought he had a skinny 'chicken neck'
